F4L (Fitness for Life)

F4L (Fitness for Life)  is a FREE eight week healthy lifestyle programme using the “Fit Life” programme designed by John Mann (D65 Fitness). People from all walks of life and varying fitness levels can attend F4L which runs three mornings a week for the duration of the programme.  F4L equips people with the tools needed to live a healthy lifestyle and to have the confidence to maintain it over time.

F4L consists of the following:

- 24 physical fitness sessions
- 5 nutrition sessions
- 5 inner fitness sessions
- Pre and post fitness testing
- Linking participants to other services (eg: smoking cessation)
