Whenever somebody becomes a part of any organisation or club, they automatically bring growth to it numerically.  In church life when people are added it’s for the purpose of growth and contribution to the whole.  The key to this is being able to connect relationally with other people.  At LIFE we have three areas where this can happen.  It can be as easy as volunteering in some capacity in any of our many teams we have in various areas of the church.  It could be that you share similar interests with others and meet together in one of our many Interest Groups. Then there are our Lifegroups; connecting regularly in one of these groups is the most effective way of building relationships on a more intimate level and growing in your walk with God.
