Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I park?

There is plenty of onsite parking available at The River Church. Look out for the LIFE flags.

I have kids. Do you offer a children's programme?

Adventure Kids runs during every Sunday service. We have separate rooms dedicated to our Adventure Kids programme, for preschoolers and primary aged children. You can register your children as soon as you arrive. You will be contacted if you are needed throughout the service. Look out for the Adventure Kids flag.

I have a baby, are there facilities for parents?

We have a parents’ room inside the foyer next to the entrance to the main auditorium. This has some space for tea and coffee, as well as room to feed and change babies. Our services are linked via TV so that you can enjoy the service while looking after bubs. Ask any of our team if you need help.

I have a disability or additional access needs. Are there accessible facilities?
  • We have mobility car parks available at the top of the car park. Just let our car parking team know and they can show you to a park.
  • We have a friendly Welcome Team at the church doors, in the main foyer or at the information desk if you need any help or have any questions. Please don’t hesitate to approach someone from the team.
  • We also have mobility toilets on site.
  • There are gaps in the seating arrangements in the auditorium to leave spaces for wheelchairs/mobility devices.
