About the team

Our Lighthouse teams create an environment where children and youth who require additional support are consistently exposed to the real love of Jesus. We intentionally invest into the lives of our lighthouse young people through worship opportunities, videos, personalised teaching about Jesus, hands-on biblical based activities and more. We do this across all our Epic and Adventure Kids spaces.

Police Vetting required.

What we do

• We disciple our young people who require more support through intentional moments within our kids and youth programs

• We set an atmosphere of fun and faith for Lighthouse young people through individualised engagement

Did you know?

We aim to operate on a ratio of 1:1 leader to Lighthouse young person so that we can effectively disciple every person in our next generation spaces. We're looking to rapidly grow our Lighthouse team as we continue to grow our Lighthouse programs across our Campuses.

"When we first learned of our daughter’s diagnosis for Autism, one of our many first thoughts was ‘what does this mean for her at church?’ We began to really worry about her ability to experience a relationship with Jesus, or enjoy worship, or even be understood by others in the kids’ church and later youth environments. We continued to serve in church and pray for God to ‘light the way’. Then Lighthouse happened. A group of people who were willing to volunteer their time to see children and young people, like our daughter, experience the reality of Jesus in their own way. Our daughter started to sing worship songs constantly at home and ask to pray with us every day. She recently enjoyed her first full message at Youth Camp, and this brought me to tears. God has a purpose, a plan, a hope and a future for EVERY person. We can be a part of that discipleship and learning journey through Lighthouse.”
