About the team
The Next Steps Lounge is all about creating an easy and welcoming space that people can come into, be connected with personally and begin a journey of discovering what their next steps might be. The Next Steps Lounge acts as one of the key gateways into our people pathways process which facilitates an unconnected persons journey towards becoming connected whilst introducing them to key discipleship environments along the way.
What we do
• Setting up the Next Steps Lounge and creating a warm, welcoming environment for people to connect
• Meeting and greeting new people at the door and helping them sign in to the lounge
• Connect with people and help to suggest appropriate next steps for their discipleship
Did you know?
Our team serve alongside some of our Campus team to deliver Next Steps. We need approximately 2 - 4 people for each session of Next Steps.
